Located in the Valley of the Waynad, the site demanded Villas of a particular shape to be evolved. the view comprises of a valley on the northern side atop a steep terrain. the Gated community has three levels under one single roofing structure, where the top level is meant to be the private Viilas, middle level to be semi private Areas and bottom level for Common amminity services. the whole structure is constructed on stills so as to not to disturb the rocky formation below. And the Infinty pool towards waynad’s landscape make visually exotic.
