Zella cuboid is designed in a tight plot of dimensions 16 x12 M. tried to implement contomporary design in according to site condition. the Northern side faces a serine Hill, whereas the acess is from southern side. the building has been carefully bifurcated into zones taking in the consideration the privacy, security and the comfort. primarly it has been divided vertically and horizontally. common areas link them all. most of the building finishes are done using exposed concrete and stucco work.
